Floyd Mayweather reveals the motivation for his trash talking

Mayweather vs Mosley - Many tend to think Floyd Mayweather says the things he does purely because an out of control ego.

As the build up to his May bout with Shane Mosley continues however, Mayweather is perhaps revealing a more genuine side to his character.

In many recent interviews, Mayweather's often offensive and derisory comments have provoked outrage from fans and media figures alike.

Many of these were pertaining to his arch rival Manny Pacquiao, who generally tends not to dignify most of the insults with a response.

As most suspected, the main motivation for Mayweather is money, but perhaps not for the reason most assumed.

Speaking to HBO, Mayweather revealed:

"Who wants a million dollar face with a few dollars in their pockets. People don't know what I went through in life. My mother was on drugs. I never had a stable home. My dad went to prison. I want my kids to have something. Like I said before, when it's all said and done - all belts do is collect dust."

Few could fault Floyd for wanting his own children to have a better upbringing than he had though, even if he isn't necessarily going about it the right way.

Fighting whoever will give him the biggest pay day and saying titles are meaningless are one thing, but allegedly having a friend shoot at someone outside an ice skating rink in Las Vegas or getting into feuds with rappers at nightclubs doesn't quite fit in with wanting his kids to have a stable home life.

The real Floyd Mayweather is seemingly a slippery character to get hold of, is he the family man he likes to talk about or the trash talking gangster persona he tends to display in public and against his opponents?

Perhaps we'll never know for sure.

Dinamita Marquez vs Baby Bull Diaz video

The video below shows how Juan Manuel Marquez had made Baby Bull Juan Diaz at the 10th round of their match. Juan Diaz is also a good fighter but have no match to Marquez during their time ending for Marquez to score a 10th round TKO.

Now another story will be unfold in their boxing histories. Diaz vs Malignaggi will be on August 22, 2009 E.T. This will gonna be a homecoming fight for Diaz since it will be held at the Toyota Center in Houston.

But this most awaited Mayweather vs Marquez fight on the 19th of September is the bigger one. This will be happening at the Las Vegas's MGM Grand. We have seen Marquez fight and have amazed us on his skills. But the undefeated Floyd is not a so so opponent for him. Although Marquez had overwhelmed other fighters in different divisions and coming in to face this returning Mayweather this is not a guarantee and the sole basis. I believe that this will not be a fight that many are saying BORING. I believe that they will give a their fans a good and interesting fight.

Watch mayweather vs Marquez fight!

The new schedule has been announced and it is September 19, 2009 at MGM Grand Las Vegas. This is the Mayweather vs Marquez match called "Number One/Numero Uno". This is the very first fight of Floyd after his comeback from a retirement last December.

The original fight schedule was July 18, 2009, but because of the rib injury suffered by Floyd Mayweather during his training session. Both parties were saddened with the news. There were news that this was just a decoy to prolong the fight since it is not gaining much sales on tickets. Will the new schedule opt boxing fanatics to see them live on the ring?

Marquez was so eager to beat Mayweather since he continued his training sessions to prepare well with the fight. This is his ticket to have a fight no. 3 to Pacquiao. Juan Manuel Marquez believed that he defeated Pacquiao on their last two fights wherein it was too close. But the power of Pacquiao make it the basis I guess for the Judges to score it in favor of Pacman.

So if Marquez wants Pacman a square off once again then he must end the fight in a stunning moment to make it happen once again. I am pretty sure that this is a very exciting fight if it happens. So as Pacquiao wants to fight Floyd Mayweather to end his career being the undefeated. Floyd , the previous pound-for-pound king, and Pacquiao being the no. 1 in Boxing and the current pound for pound king recognized by the ring magazine.

Both of these fighters must end up the match in a marvelous end to let the people excite themselves too for the possible match up with Pacquiao.
